REFUND POLICY
Thank you for purchasing a product with Kids and Cubs. At Kids and Cubs we want you to be happy with the items you have purchased from us.
If you would like to request a return of item, please contact us at Kidsandcubs@outlook.com to request the return and we will contact you as soon as possible with the process for returns.
Kids and cubs will offer an exchange or store credit for any change of mind permitting the following:
- Return is completed within 30 days of purchase
- Item is returned as new, in original condition, unopened, unused
- Item is returned with the original purchase receipt
- Item is returned in original packaging
In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, Kids and Cubs is not required to provide a refund on change of mind. For faulty items we will send a replacement of the item at our expense if requested or offer a refund.
We are not responsible for postage costs for returns, unless we have made a mistake or the product has a manufacturers fault.
Kids and Cubs are not responsible for any lost parcels on return.
Non returnable / Non-refundable items:
- Items with tags removed
- Item that have been worn, washed or used
- Items where packaging has been damaged
- Discontinued & Clearance items
- Gift Cards
- Shipping Costs
WARRANTY
Please contact us within 14 days if you have received a faulty item so a resolution can be made as soon as possible.
Warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Warranty periods may vary for each product. Inspection of the product will be required prior to the offer of a refund or exchange. Warranty periods commence from the date of sale. Cost of freight for the return to and from Kids and Cubs will be the responsibility of the customer.
REUSABLE NAPPIES / SWIM NAPPIES
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to provide an exchange or refund for incorrect size/fit and/or change of mind. If an item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, a replacement item will be provided, however the exact pattern/colour of the replacement item may vary from the original item. A full refund will only be provided for faulty items if a suitable replacement is not available. All items will be inspected to ensure the highest of quality before being sent to you, however if you find a fault with any item please contact us immediately.
If an incorrect item is received in your parcel (including incorrect size and/or pattern/colour), please contact us within 24 hours for this to be rectified. If we do not receive any correspondence within 24 hours of you receiving the parcel (as determined by the delivery time and date on Australia Post's website), we may not be able to send a replacement item (photo evidence is always required as evidence of incorrect items received).
Please note: size ranges are provided as a guide only and not all babies will fit within the age and size ranges provided. If you are unsure of sizing, please contact us prior to purchases. Exchanges cannot be provided for incorrect sizing.
CMC GOLD DUMMIES AND ITEMS
Unfortunately, ‘Change of mind’ returns are not accepted by CMC GOLD. Due to hygiene reasons CMC Gold items are unable to be exchanged for change of mind.
Whilst we do our best to check all dummies before we send them out to you, on the rear occasion if a dummy has a defect, please refer directly to CMC Gold where we will assess the defect, if deemed faulty we will issue the replacement directly to the customer.
